Experts reported new Mac ZuRu malware spreading via poisoned search engine results in China via Baidu. The criminals masquerade as iTerm2, an alternative to the default Mac terminal app. The fake app couldn’t be flagged even with an extra security badge that Apple usually provides to the notarized apps.
