The company has now implemented a fix to address the ongoing issue and expects service to return to normal for all customers.
According to the company, the disruption lasted up to an hour. Upon rolling back the software configuration update, the services resumed normal operations. They also assured that it was not due to a cyberattack.
The company apologized for the inconvenience caused and stated that they are reviewing their software update process to prevent future disruptions.
