Cybersecurity firm archTIS snaps up Nucleus Cyber for $9.75m in ‘transformational deal’ – Stockhead
The Canberra-centered cybersecurity organization archTIS has obtained on the acquisition trail. The enterprise declared it will obtain Nuclear Cyber in a share-based deal valued at $9.75 million.
